By creating an account or using NoSkill Remote ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoSkill Remote is a curated remote job board that provides subscribers with access to remote job listings, direct apply links, and related tools. We aggregate and curate job postings from various sources for job seekers.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis as selected.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Contact us to request a refund within this window.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to your account.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Post or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

6. Job Listings

NoSkill Remote curates job listings from third-party sources. We strive to feature legitimate, scam-free roles, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not a party to any employment relationship between job seekers and employers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising NoSkill Remote is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoSkill Remote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
